2 men committed suicide in Osun

The body of a 20-year-old resident of Oke-Obutu area of Modakeke, Ife in Osun State, Oladunni Ayodeji, who committed suicide has been discovered where he hanged himself.
Information gathered by Sunday Tribune revealed that the deceased killed himself by hanging himself to the hook of the ceiling fan in his room.

Though detectives from Modakeke, Ife Division, led by their DPO, had already commenced investigations into the death, it was gathered that they could not see any mark of violence on the body of the deceased.
A suicide note was said to have been recovered from the suicide scene and the deceased reportedly wrote to his mother, instructing her to take care of his only child.

His body had been moved to the mortuary at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, Ile-Ife.
In a similar vein,  a 30-year-old man, Adekunle Monsuru Oni, was found where he hung himself in his home at Amukuku area of Ikire.
The death was said to have been reported to the Divisional Police Officer, Ikire Division, SP Martins Bamgboye, by the wife of the deceased.
