The knights football club, Ile-Ife proved once again that they are the best in Ife land by winning the new era competition in Modakeke.

the final match which was held on wednesday march 2nd was
between knights fc and olajesu fc ended 1-0 in favour of knights fc.

It should be recalled that Knights FC, won the last 2015 football event in Ife, Unity Cup, organized by the Ife coaches association. With the new championship on their belt, its now two in a row. 

"We give thanks to God and the management of the club for believing in the team and doing things that help boost the morale of the players" this is the statement of the knights fc handler, coach dabiri, after the competition. 

The knights FC manager, Prince Ademiju said "we are not going to let this get over our head, we have state league and challenge cup coming up and we will continue doing our best to make sure our players are in right shape physically and emotionally"
